We are proud to be hosting the 2nd annual Gluten Free Living Now Expo to be held in our state of Indiana (right outside of Indianapolis) this year! The expo will be held at The Fountains Conference and Banquet Center in Carmel, Indiana and it will run for TWO days October 13th and 14th, 2012
The admission we are requesting is only $5.00 which goes to our Non-Profit Organization Gluten-Free Living Now. This year we helped sponsor our first dedicated Gluten-Free Camp here in Indy: CAMP GLUTEN FREEDOM.
We are also in the process of launching The Food for Gluten Intolerant Program that will help local individuals and families that have been diagnosed with any form of Gluten Intolerance and are struggling financially obtain Gluten-Free Foods.
We have a full schedule of great Guest Speakers at our expo including, Dr. Alessio Fasano (from The Center For Celiac Research/University Of Maryland)who will be lecturing both days at our expo. Pam Cureton, RD from the Center For Celiac Research will also be lecturing. We also have Dr. Charles Vanderpool (a pediactric GI doctor with I.U./Riley, Mrs. Alaska and many other key featured speakers.  Kelly Courson from Celiac Chicks will also be presenting at our Expo. She will be teaching a class and presenting on our demo stage.
There will be many different types of Gluten-Free Vendors (70 plus) selling and showcasing their Gluten-Free products. There will be Gluten-Free Cooking and Baking Demonstrations on our demo stage.  Please continue to check our website as we are continually updating the presenter and demo schedules.
We need your help to get the word out about our expo, as we hope to continue to make this an annual event. This event will not be a success without your support. Please feel free to post our flyer on your website, put it in your newsletters, and email it to your members. If you can post our flyer at local health food stores, schools and churches that would be great too.
Like I mentioned before, we are a Non-Profit Organization looking to fund our Gluten-Free/Allergen-Free Camp for next year and to launch The Food for Gluten Intolerant Program that will help local individuals and families that have been diagnosed with any form of Gluten Intolerance who are struggling financially to obtain Gluten-Free Food.  We hope you are excited as we are to have a Gluten-Free Expo of this caliber here.
